January 9, 2019If you are going to sell plugins that require another plugin integration that charges additionally you need to mention that on here. Its misleading and I had no idea I’d have to spend another $200 to get this one working. How would I know that I’d have to purchase another plugin unless reaching out to you and a lengthy convo we had for over a week to resolve this matter? As your consumers and overall returning costumers you need to clear this up so we trust you, If you go to the regular plugin search for “learndash” over 15 show up, we can’t read your mind on what you want us to do. There’s no link here to the 3rd party on “learndash” for the requirements. After reaching out to the support I was denied a refund by your support team and speaking with the other company they suggest that you make this clear for your users so there’s no mix up because it makes them look bad as well.
