Loyalty Widget
Core feature
The myCred Loyalty Widget is a floating, interactive rewards panel that keeps your loyalty program visible across your website. When enabled, it appears to all visitors, helping website owners turn simple browsing into deeper engagement and conversions. Logged-in members can then open the panel to view richer loyalty details and track their progress.
Most loyalty programs hide points, rewards, badges, and rankings behind separate account pages. Members have to leave what they are doing, navigate through menus, and actively look for their progress. The Loyalty Widget keeps your loyalty program present throughout the user experience instead of hiding it behind account menus and dedicated pages.
FEATURES
Floating Interactive Panel
A floating launcher button sits on every page of your site. Visitors can click it to open the full loyalty panel, while members can access points balance, rewards, leaderboard, badges, rank, and transaction history without leaving the page they are on.
Visitor Visibility & Conversion
Because the widget is visible to all visitors when enabled, it works as a discovery tool as well as a member feature. This helps website owners introduce loyalty benefits earlier, encourage sign-ups, and convert casual visitors into engaged members.
Points Balance & History
Display the user’s current points balance instantly and let them review their full transaction history. This keeps progress visible throughout their experience and helps members stay aware of the value they have already earned.
Leaderboard & Rankings
Show a configurable leaderboard with ranked members, avatars, points, timeframe filters, and current-user highlighting — all directly inside the widget panel. This makes competition and progress easy to follow at a glance.
Badges & Ranks Showcase
Display earned badges grouped by name and level, and show each member’s current rank with progress indicators and a point-type selector. Achievements stay visible, and recognition stays front and center.
Complete Admin Control
Five admin tabs, including General, Design, Content, Tabs, and Event Triggers, give you full control. Position the widget in any corner, brand it with custom colors and logo, customize all guest and member text, toggle individual tabs, schedule visibility with date ranges, and connect hooks to the Earn tab.
