Hello myCred Users! We have an important announcement. In order to run your myCred addons smoothly on your site, you are required to use myCred latest version 2.3.1.
We have also upgraded our license management system for our users’ convenience. If you’re using myCred membership or individual add-ons, you’re required to update your addons as soon as possible. If you’re facing errors in updating some addons, you can manually update them from myCred.me (Dashboard).
After updating addons, you will be able to get your new license key from myCred.me (DashBoard).
Note: Membership users also need to get a new license key to keep their updated add-ons working effectively.
Why have we upgraded our license system?
For our users’ convenience and their site optimization, we made a unified license system for individual and membership users. It will help our users to create fewer requests from their sites to our server and result in better site speed performance.

Ans: If you’re not updating your addons as per requirement, you will not move to our new license system. You will not be able to receive new updates and the surety of addons working.
Q2: Is there any possibility of a harmful effect on my site due to this update?
Ans: Not at all! This update will not create any break effect on your site.
Q3: Why is my addon not getting auto-update?
Ans: It might be you have not added your website URL in myCred dashboard yet for that particular addon.
