Split shipping cost from total order amount

Hi.

when I go to checkout page using woocommerce, I would like to be able to pay for the total amount with mycred points but pay for the shipping cost by PayPal or other payment methods.
Basically splitting the shipping cost and the total amount.

How to achieve this?
Or are there any other plugins that I can use as for paying for shipment only by PayPal? But when I press make payment, it deduct from my points for order amount and at the same time deduct money with PayPal for shipping?
