    Hello,

For several weeks, I have no answer to my question. I understand that the author has been on vacation and is working hard for version 1.8.
I hope he can answer me but if the community is faster it would be great. Indeed, I can not charge the acquisition of points by buyCred and paypal’s default payment gateway (for the 2 of them are activated)

    I wish I wish.
a / I can pay with paypal, but the amount is not defined in the paypal input field (see image:https://screenshots.firefox.com/x37vCnKxdjT6FqTB/null). There is no passage to paypal!
b / Moreover, if I have an amount higher than the minimum “1”, I have no credit to my member profile. There is no passage of paypal account!
    It’s really urgent and important.
    How to do?

What exchange rate have you set. Can you give me some info on your setup?

    HI

I do not speak English well, so I send the pictures

I tried several shortcodes on the payment page:
    [mycred_buy gateway="paypal-standard" amount=100 ctype="customtypekey"]Buy 100 Coins[/mycred_buy]
    [mycred_buy_form gateway="paypal-standard" amount=100,200]

a / I can pay with paypal, but the amount in euros is not defined in the paypal input field (see image: https://screenshots.firefox.com/emlKiUks093mYmPQ/screenshots.firefoxusercontent.com). There is no passage to paypal!
b / Moreover, if I put an amount higher than the minimum “1”, I have no credit to my member profile. There is no passage of paypal account!

Have you tried “customtypekey” change to “coeurs”?
I’m trying to eliminate small things, to replicate the issue.

How many decimals do you use? How many point types you have?
Did you changed (at some point) number of decimals, after the first setup process?
Did you nulled all balances? Did you make second point type and then made it default (deleted the default point type)?
    Any of the above?

Plus if you use decimals in your point type coeurs, you should use amount=”10.50″ with “”.

[mycred_buy_form] this is your basic shortcode if you have 1 point type and only paypal, and you want user to choose how many points he/she wants to buy.

I see you use Gifting function? Do you really need it?
    Try to disable it.

    Hello,
Thank you for watching. I will try to answer as best as possible
1 / I tried to put “coeurs”, it does not work
    2 / I do not use decimal
3 / Have you Nulled all balances?
A priori no but I do not understand well
4 / How many types point to you?
only one for now. Not used others before
5 / Did you change (at a given moment) number of decimals after the first installation process?
    From memory*: no
6 / Do you make second type of point, then have defaulted (removed the default point type)?
    From memory*: no
7 / I see you are using the Gifting function?
I have activated it masi I am not sure that the user will use it!
    8 / I am doing shortcode tests but I would prefer to use a selection [mycred_buy_form gateway = "paypal-standard" amount = 100,200]

*I have been using mycred for several years but I have never used the payment
    I attach the picture

Try this – go to buyCRED Payment Gateways -> PayPal Payments Standard -> Exchange Rates and change 0,016 to 0.016.
Please check it and reply as soon as possible.

That is great! No need to buy me a coffee, a simple thank you is enough. Just, next time when you see a homeless person, give this money to him/her on my behalf. Let’s make world a better place, one step at a time.

    Cheers!
