I LOVE the plugin and all its add-ons and customization options, but I’m having trouble making email notifications work (and style) as intended.
When I select it to send based on “receives a transfer” — I could not get emails to send on transfer (tried user, admin, both)
when I select “user’s balance changes” — emails are sent. Whether or not “Plain text” or “HTML” is selected for Format, the emails show up in Gmail as plain text showing the HTML code.
Am I doing something wrong? Happy to provide access or further information on request.
I appreciate the help as this is for a non-profit project which could be very beneficial for community development! Many thanks!
